Aim:  To enable front line staff to develop skills in communicating and working effectively with clients from a broad range of backgrounds

 

Learning Outcomes:

 By the end of the session, participants will understand: 
  • Belief system, emotions, behaviours and how collectively they affect their relationships with other people and limit their potential
  • How communication can limit our potential
  • How to listen to be understood to maximise potential
  • Strategies to improve the quality of their communication, interaction and ability to build meaningful relationships with clients and others.
